Will Apple replace this damaged MacBook?

I recently received my new apple macbook for a present, what I want to know is will apple exchange my macbook for another one as there are some problems with my macbook.

first off it is scratched in several areas including around the screen bezel, the right alt key and a lot of scratches in the corner of the lid, there is also one noticeable pixel broken in the corner of the screen and bad marking where the lid catches the palm rests. Its only been used for 5 days and is was in pretty bad shape when we opened it up.

I have had apple's before and haven't had a single problem with them, I have a mac mini with not a scratch on it so I don't no why its like this
