Does Apple still sell the aluminum Macbook?

I might get a Macbook for my birthday but I heard that parts of the Macbook white chips off sometimes because it's plastic. So if I get a Macbook I might want to get the Aluminum. (8/3/09)

Not sure but I think they’re discontinued because of some problems.
I have my white MacBook over a year without any chipping or other problems.
The only remaining MacBook is the white polycarbonate one.
You could take a leap and buy the MacBookPro which is an aluminium unibody.

Apple changed the name of their first laptop.. before all the 13” laptop was named MacBook.. now they added ”Pro” because of the power of the machine.. now you are lucky to get no difference between a 13” or a 15”.. Before it had, a big one..
Don’t tire yourself about the white MacBook so.. and they didn’t stop it because of problem (they worked very well), they just upgraded their machines.. to get better for less..
Every customers 2 years ago who die to get what you can get now for same price..
Believe me, with the new MacBook Pro 13” you get a professional computer which what you can do everything..
The aluminium case is also a big upgrade, 10 years after your computer will have EXACTLY the same appearance.. like new..
