Ok to use lens cleaning fluid on a MacBook screen?

i used the liquid from the kit on my macbook screen by putting a couple drops on the cleaning cloth nd wiped it down, it cleaned the smudges and everything and looks as clean as new now but, could it still have damaged it? how could it damage it if it wuld?

  1. I doubt it could have damaged it. Lenses are, after all, quite fragile and sensitive.
