How to do a PRAM reset on a MacBook Pro?

How do I do this?
My problem is that I try to leave videos on peoples walls on facebook and it freezes or just doesn't work (other people are not having this problem right now). Would a PRAM dump even fix that? I tried "repair disk utilities" already. Any suggestions?

I have a MacBook (not a Pro) but I assume the PRAM resetting procedure is the same… It requires 4 buttons: P, R, the “apple key” and option. Locate these 4 keys and figure out a good way of holding them down at the same time. Now restart your MacBook Pro and as soon as the screen goes black, hold down those 4 keys until you hear 2 start up sounds. I’m not sure if this will fix the problem you’re having but that’s how to do it. Hope this helps.
