How to fix MacBook problem with video and games?

The following only happens when I am playing a game or playing a video. I have 2 gigs of RAM installed on my MacBook.
Lately I have been suffering from a very bad stutter which then continues on to lag my whole computer. Sometimes when watching a video or playing a game, the audio will stutter for about 5 seconds until the video or game continues to play. Except the video/game is very lagged. Videos will paly the audio but the video is skipping and behind the audio. In games whatever I am doing will become hard as my mouse is skipping all over the place and the game is doing to same thing as the videos would (skipping behind the audio).
This has been happening ever since Apple has replaced my logic board.
Does anyone know a way I can stop this stuttering from occurring.

This has nothing to do with my CD drive

Unfortunately the MacBook is not that great for graphics. My Macbook only has 64 MB of shared memory–which is a mid 2007 model. The new macbooks have 128 (I think) MB of shared RAM.
Basically if you want a good computer for games and video, you should get a Macbook Pro.
Like you, I wasn’t expecting this issue when I got my Macbook….. I really wish I had gotten the Macbook Pro now, which has a nividia graphics card with 256 or 512 megs of memory only for graphics….
