My MacBook won’t boot. Is it the hard drive or logic board?

the keyboard, lcd screen, and battery have been replaced, but the computer still will not boot. Does this sound more like a broken hard drive, or something else such as a logic board?

is it plugged it cause it could just be dead.
just take it into the nearest apple store and they’ll fix it and depending on how old it is they may just give you a new one.
The computer’s system could have died.
