How to remove a tiny stripped screw from my MacBook?

I was trying to replace the hard drive in my aluminum macbook and noticed that the screw is stripped. It's TINY and I'm afraid to damage anything inside. Does anyone know how to remove a small dead screw without damaging the things around it?
