Safari and spinning ball of death on MacBook problem?

hey i have a problem with my MacBook (for the people that dont know what a MacBook is, it is a laptop made by Apple (the same people that make iPods)) But my problem is if im using Safari and i click something i seem to get "the spinning ball of death" and then Safari quits with out me hitting ?+Q or quitting it...... I am running the most recent OS operating system (Leopard).... please help me out b/c im tired of this happening..... listed below are details about my MacBook.

512MB of RAM
60GB Hard drive
Model 1.1
Made is 2006
Logic Board has been replaced twice

I would suggest deleting safari from your laptop and downloading it again from apple. Here is the link.

To delete your current safari, go to your applications folder and drag the icon to the trash (the icon is the whole file).

safari is a sad excuse for a web browser. get a real browser like firefox. Whenever i use safari is does the same thing.
