Help – sudden MacBook Pro screen distortion?

i didnt press any buttons, just the trackpad.. so i exited safari, and my main screen and everything is HUGE as well... on my main screen, i have to scroll the trackpad to go from left to right, up nd down, because the screen is so big... PLEASE HELP!

I can tell you right now that one of your statements is wrong- you did press a button. Specifically, you accidentally pressed control while scrolling up with the trackpad. That triggered the Screen Zoom. Hold down control and use a two-finger swipe down to zoom back to normal.
