Have you had any trouble with your white or black Macbook?

The Apple store here in Seattle (University Village) tells me that I'm in the 1 percentile. I have had tremendous numbers of problems with the Macbooks. I started with a white one, first generation. It failed after 3 attempted major repairs in the first 6 months. Logic boards, topcases, memory, power units, etc. Mostly logic boards. They took the big step of replacing that one and admitting this was very unusual.
The problem continues... half the time the repairs were simply done wrong or they forgot to put a part back in properly. The other half, the equipment just fails after light use and I am no tough user. I take amazingly good care of this thing, neoprene case, cleaning, yada yada.
I am now on my THIRD macbook after the 2nd was also diagnosed as a lemon after multiple logic boards/etc. This 3rd macbook is on it's 3rd repair and I just got it back with a new topcase which has cracked (again) within a few weeks. Apparently from heat... I can't figure this one out.
...how it works and
Wow, I’m so sorry for all the troubles you are going through
I honestly haven’t had a single problem yet in the 7 months I have owned my Macbook, even the Leopard upgrade went smooth.
I notice you have neoprene casing around your Macbook, could that be causing overheating by blocking the airvents? Most of the air on it seems to circulate behind the ‘hinges’ on the back. I’m trying to think with you what might be causing the problem….
It seems like Apple is at least trying to be helpful, but happen to be giving you faulty hardware every time.
