So, I was wondering, is there somewhere i can buy a new charger, can I go to the apple store? I have a macbook pro, and it's the first edition, I do believe. The charger is at the point where the wires are exposed and it was working, but it's not. Can I but another one at the apple store or no?

You can definitely go to an apple store to see if they have macbook pro chargers in stock. If not, most likely you can order from them. You can also look online at ebay, amazon, google shopping or other online stores to buy chargers from.
